There are NO refunds or exchanges from EmeryLincoln.com/Nathan Wallace for ANY purchases of products(including books/audio, merchandise, etc), services, or Membership Plans made on EmeryLincoln.com. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Emery Lincoln/Nathan Wallace is NOT responsible for returns, refunds, and/or exchanges on ANY merchandise. Returns, refunds and exchanges on merchandise are the sole responsibility of the Seller(Vendor/Author) and/or the third party merchandise manufacturer and provider. Emery Lincoln/Nathan Wallace does NOT give refunds, exchanges or returns on ANY merchandise, books or audio, or Membership Plans.

Intellectual Property

The Agreement does not transfer from Us to you any of Ours or third party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Emery Lincoln and its licensors.

Whomever places any books(including audio books), images (book covers, photos, videos, etc) and merchandise on EmeryLincoln.com, must own ALL of the copyrights (and all other legal rights) to them. Emery Lincoln/Nathan Wallace is NOT responsible in ANY way for any copyright (or any other legal)  violations or breaches between the party that places the books(including audiobooks),images(book covers, photos, video, etc) and merchandise, and any third party. 

The Seller/Vendor/Artist is and will be the owner of ALL copyrights (and all other legal rights) to all of the books( including audiobooks), images ( including book covers) and merchandise that they place on EmeryLincoln.com. Emery Lincoln/Nathan Wallace will NOT and does NOT own ANY of the copyrights to ANY of the books(including audio books), images( including book covers) or merchandise that a Seller/Vendor/Author has or will place on the EmeryLincoln.com website.

Neither Emery Lincoln, nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, our Services at your own discretion and risk.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
